Since 2008, Fuse has had the pleasure of writing a series of white papers for dna13 (now mediaVantage) on a variety of communications-related themes mostly related to the effects of social media on public relations. These white papers are used as lead generation for sales of the company’s mediaVantage media monitoring and management tool.

On subjects ranging from managing media relations in a crisis setting to developing more efficient ways to work with and gain the confidence of the C-suite, Fuse:

  • worked closely with the client to develop detailed outlines for each white paper;
  • conducted research on often complex subject areas;
  • developed content using key words for search engine optimization – and structuring it so it was easy to read; and,
  • created helpful tips and lists to help communicators improve performance.

Each of the white papers have been a success for dna13, generating hundreds of downloads, which have translated into sales opportunities for the company.
